>> Escuelita Borikén
Escuelita Borikén is a quality multicultural and
bilingual preschool that Social Impact Research named one
of Massachusetts’ top 21 school readiness programs
in 2010. Empowering 110 children yearly, Escuelita is accredited
by the National Association for the Education of Young Children
(NAEYC) and is licensed by the Massachusetts Department
of Early Education and Care (EEC). Escuelita provides an
education that fosters the physical, social, emotional,
linguistic, cultural, and cognitive development of children
in a challenging but self-affirming environment. IBA’s
bilingual and multicultural curriculum directly empowers
parents to be partners in the educational process.

Learning Center
Cacique Children’s Learning Center is a licensed after-school
and holistic summer program that integrates literacy development
with arts and technology activities that empower more than
45 children (ages 5-13) per year. We develop language skills
and enhance children's ability to think critically, solve
problems creatively and excel in school. Creating a multicultural
environment that is nurturing and fun; our program positively
shapes the emotional, intellectual and social growth of
the "whole child."

>> Cacique Youth Learning Center
Cacique Youth
Learning Center provides a coordinated approach to youth
development for more than 200 at-at-risk youth ages 13-24
living in Villa Victoria, the broader South End/Lower Roxbury
neighborhood and beyond. Through art, academic support,
technology and leadership development programming; we empower
young people to think critically, excel academically, and
improve their community. Cacique employs 50 teenage peer
leaders during the summer and 40 during the school year,
as we develop the leaders of tomorrow by unlocking their
full potential today.
