Director of Youth Programs NEW
The Director of Youth Programs works under the immediate supervision of the Senior Program Director. The Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and staff supervision of the Children and Youth Programs including After School and Summer. The Director has a proven record of working with high risk and proven risk youth. He/She will coordinate partnerships with area colleges and organizations among others to help produce high caliber programming, and will recruit volunteers from local universities and area businesses. The Director will represent the agency at internal and external meetings as needed.

Resident Service Coordinator NEW
The Resident Service Coordinator works under the immediate supervision of the Director of Community Empowerment. She/he is responsible for assist residents of Villa Victoria in receiving services, information and referrals addressing their particular needs. The Resident Service Coordinator will provide referrals for social service needs.

Preschool Teacher
Teacher works under the immediate supervision of the Director of Education and to the Education Coordinator. The teacher is responsible for implementing child assessment and designing activities to meet children’s needs, motive children toward a positive attitude for learning, facilitate the development of self control, social emotional skills, self-esteems and conduct meeting with parents and ensure quality programming.
