Manager
IBA / Cacique After School Program

Cacique After School Manager works under the immediate supervision of the Director of Education. The manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Cacique After-School Program and staff supervision. The Manager will work closely with the Director coordinating training, program planning, meeting state and local regulatory requirements, communicate with families, record keeping and reporting and working with other agency programs and staff. He/She will work closely with the Director to provide expertise and direction to increase the quality of services implementing the curriculum, assessing the needs of individual children, and working with parents, with active participation of other members of the teaching team.

Employment Specialist (Full-time)

As a full-time Employment Specialist you will be responsible for providing a supportive environment for PTC students by: assisting students in developing career goals and creating plans for achieving them; providing case management, vocational counseling, and coordinate vocational services; providing job readiness training and one-on-one sessions with students; developing workforce opportunities; assisting with the coordination of ancillary services; and scheduling appointments and visits to job fairs with students. The GED Learning Specialist/Tutor will be responsible for group or one-on-one tutoring, and developing course curricula and instructional materials in collaboration with the GED Instructor. Gallery Assistant Intern
IBA / Villa Victoria Center for the Arts

These interns will work with the Curator and Manager of LA GALERÍA at Villa Victoria Center for the arts to assist in day-to-day operations of the gallery. Gallery operations include assisting with exhibits as necessary, staffing front desk to monitor incoming
traffic, giving tours of exhibits and being fully informed on artist’s and their work.
