An affiliate of IBA, ETC Development Corporation develops
and preserves affordable housing opportunities for low-
and moderate-income families in the South End of Boston
and beyond. ETC is completing the final phase of the rehabilitation
and refinancing of Villa Victoria with Casas Borinquen,
36 units of low-income rental housing.
During the past year, ETC acquired the Robert Fortes
House in Lower Roxbury, succesfully preserving and rehabilitating
44 units of rental housing for low-income seniors. ETC
also is partnering with Mattapan CDC to develop 70 units
of mixed-income homeownership and 50 units of housing
for low-income seniors in Mattapan on the Neponset River.
Currently discussing site and design components with
the community and the Boston Redevelopment Authority.
