IBA has turned Victoria into a thriving Urban Technology Village. Moving beyond bridging the “Digital Divide,” IBA guides residents across that bridge on a voyage to economic self-sufficiency with technology as their vehicle.

Villa Tech, Inc. is a community-based nonprofit organization established by IBA in 2000 to provide low-income families with the tools (affordable high-speed internet, computers and in the home) and the supports (community support-desk, trainings, classes) needed to thrive in the digital economy. Villa Tech also serves as a “one stop shop” for non-profits by providing affordable, customized technology services and providing solutions to hardware, software, and networking problems.
